Patriacca Construction performed all framing, structural steel, window and door installation, building envelope, siding, decking, and railings for this 56-unit apartment complex.
PCI was brought on early in the construction process to help analyze construction feasibility of the plans and make adjustments for a better final product, performance, and compatibility issues across the job. Most notably, PCI completed all of their construction activities several weeks early, helping the Project Team achieve an early occupancy.
