As the centerpiece of the Snowmass Base Village Development, Lumin Residences are an ultra-high-end luxury townhouse building. Patriacca Construction was selected for this project because of the demanding nature of the client, the project site, and the schedule. The scope of work included rough framing, heavy timbers, structural steel installation, window and door installation, weather barrier, exterior insulation, and wood siding and trim.
PCI helped design the exterior mock up for this building, ensuring that it encompassed many of the critical details.
