With over 30 years of construction experience, Rick is a natural leader on every project he takes on. He has worked with design professionals and clients from around the world to successfully build some of the most challenging projects in the Rocky Mountains.

Bill has been building in the Rocky Mountains for 25 years and has a broad range of field experience. He treats every project as if it were his own, and he is unwilling to compromise on the quality and integrity of his work. Bill manages and coordinates several trades on every job to ensure the project runs smoothly, and the schedule is met. His role on this project as the general superintendent will be to schedule and coordinate trades, oversee daily field operations, manage and update the project schedule, and oversee all quality control.

During his career, Ryan has been a general contractor on several large commercial, multi-family, healthcare, and civil projects. He oversees the day-to-day operations of many of Patriacca Construction’s current projects. He is responsible for the daily on-site activities of each project including contracting, procurement, safety, and quality control. He works directly with the design team and owner’s representatives to ensure the whole project team is maintaining the project schedule and construction budget.
