At PCI, we work together with each project team to develop and manage a construction schedule that helps keep the project on track from pre-construction through Owner move-in. The progress of each project is tracked on a weekly basis, and our team is constantly analyzing ways to work more efficiently, ensuring that the project is complete on or ahead of schedule.
