Electric Pass Lodge

After developing a strong rapport with the Design team and General Contractor at the One Snowmass project, Patriacca Construction was brought into the next major development in Snowmass base village, the Electric Pass Lodge. Our team was involved in design analysis, value engineering, shop drawings, and material procurement. .

Much like with the other projects in Snowmass Base Village, our team was an integral part of making this building another resounding success by helping refine the design, value engineering with the General Contractor and Design Team to find cost savings for the owner, and completing the installation of our scope of work on an accelerated schedule
